ABOUT BRANDIN

Singer-songwriter, Actor, Playwright, Director and Choreographer. Hailing from Norwalk, Connecticut, the multi-talented 23-year-old prodigy, Brandin Jay, wasted no time getting his career in the arts and entertainment underway. He has studied at Berklee College Of Music in Boston, but got his start at AGI Performing Arts School in Atlanta. Performing since the age of 4, Brandin Jay continues to make a national name for himself in an array of artistic arenas; He has been writing theatrical productions since the age of 12 and has utilized his gifts in film, television, and stage. Brandin Jay’s credits include, (Film) “Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins” as Junior, “Dirty Laundry” as Dre Dre. (Television)” Meet the Browns,” As Geoffrey, Andre Class of 3000 (Cartoon Network), Additionally, his theatre credits include “The Wiz,” as the Lion Directed by Kenny Leon, “Black Nativity”, “Mama I’m Your Child,” (National Tour), and “Tell Hell I Ain’t Coming,” He has written 4 major stage productions; “I Don’t Look Like What I’ve Been Through”, “Christmas in the City”, “Christmas in Cambridge” and “Just Tryna Make It” that have premiered in Atlanta and toured the states as well as choreographing for Diggy Simmons “Life of a Jet Setter” Tour,” He is featured in the new Disney movie musical “Let It Shine”. He also has created and written a webisode series titled “Face The Music” which is an urban “Glee” inspired show about following your dreams. Brandin Jay proves that he is indeed a rare talent.
