Comedienne Joy has crowned herself as the Queen of Clean! Although her show is rated “F” for Family Fun, now that’s a twist a comedy act the whole family can enjoy young and old. Her own personal motto is, “I can be funny without cursing or being vulgar.” Joy derives most of her material from everyday life. She finds humor from dialogue clichés to people walking down the street, to the good ol’ folks in the church. Joy is just real!!

JOY has International status after performing for troops in Japan! The Queen has also performed at The Stardome Comedy Club, The Comedy Catch in Chattanooga, TN, The Punchline in Atlanta, GA, to corporations such as T-Mobile, Mississippi Power, Belk, Alabama Realtors Associations, D.R. Horton, Ridgeview Industries & The Southern Women’s Show in Birmingham, AL, Savannah, GA, Richmond, VA & Orlando, Florida a host of churches and women's shows across the southeast. 

Since 2004, the Alabama native prides herself on being funny without being raunchy. JOY has many accolades to be happy about. She's currently the tv host of Dining Out With Comedienne JOY as well as co-host of The Alabama Way that airs every Tuesday & Thursday on ION Network TV 44 & radio co-host of the Joe Lockett Show, the number 1 Saturday evening talk show in Birmingham, AL. Joy has been featured in a number of magazines such as Essence Magazine, named Best local Clean Comedienne by The Birmingham Magazine, Birmingham Parent, Faith, Hair & Style Magazine, finalist for the Crazy Praise Competition, finalist for The Stars Fell on Alabama Competition, hosted her own show “Clean Comedy Nite” at Coffee On Valley. Comedienne JOY has shared the stage with a number of artists & comedians such as Deitrick & Damita Haddon, Chris Tucker, Huggy Lowdown, Bruce Bruce, Aktintunde, Rob Schnieder just to name a few. She enJOYs traveling the world spreading JOY at churches and corporate events poking fun at being a wife, mother and Christian.
