"Rakim Singleton, better known as ChiccTheComedian, is a Christian comic who brings laughter to God's people. Though not perfect, the Lord has still chosen him to minister thru jokes. Onstage, he speaks about the life he lives now as a changed man of God, blessing audiences with funny tales of life, church, faith, and failures....while making them crack up about it the whole time. His testimony of being a former gang member, who served most of his adulthood behind bars, comes to life thru his comedy. His motto, "I'm Not Here To Preach...I'm Here To Tell Jokes", really speaks of his everyday livelihood, for he is also a youth minister at Faith Temple Church in East Orange, NJ, under the helm of Bishop Aaron L. Hobbs. Once he was released from federal prison, he promised himself that he would serve the Lord, not knowing that he would be spreading the Good News thru comedic Gospel punchlines, that has audiences rolling in their seats from all over. With every opportunity he has, he gives God the glory for putting him in the position to serve Him in this capacity.....to tell jokes for the Lord!"
