BOUNCE TV RENEWS POPULAR SHOWS

Ahead of its Season 1 finale on April 24, Bounce has ordered a second season of hit original drama series Saints & Sinners. The network also announced today at its upfront in New York that it has renewed popular sitcoms Mann & Wife for a third season, Family Time (Season 4) and In the Cut (Season 2) as well as its stand-up comedy series Off the Chain (Season 4.)

Bounce also said it has tapped journalist and TV personality Ed Gordon to produce and host the network’s first newsmagazine show, Ed Gordon. The Emmy winner will executive produce and host a series of one-hour specials in which he sits down for interviews with top headline makers, entertainers and pop cultural figures. It’s slated to debut this summer.

In addition, the network announced its popular live boxing events series Premiere Boxing Champions – The Next Round will return for Season 2 this fall. Bounce TV, NBC Sports Group, CBS Sports, Fox Sports, ESPN and Spike are TV partners for the series. Bounce also is teaming with the Trumpet Awards Foundation to present the exclusive national television premiere of the 25th annual Trumpet Awards, which celebrates and honors history-making entertainment, humanitarian, political and philanthropic African-Americans.

“With millions watching each week, Bounce TV originals have become the network’s highest-rated and most-watched programming,” said Jonathan Katz, COO of Bounce TV. “We are significantly increasing our investment in original production in order to meet the strong demand from our viewers and advertisers.”
